Head Softball Coach position available at Milford High School to both certified and non-certified applicants (Teacher Certification NOT required).  


The softball coach should be able to accomplish the following:
1.    Motivate players to reach their goals;
2.    Develop personal relationships with players;
3.    Plan and oversee practice and games;
4.    Instruct groups and individuals in both the basics and the complexities of softball;
5.    Demonstrate proper techniques;
6.    Use knowledge of nutrition physiology, and corrective techniques to help players reach their greatest potential;
7.    Oversee and establish progress of the feeder programs; and
8.    Have a full year philosophy toward improvement, competitiveness, and cooperation with other sports and activities.
