Policies for the district are under two major eras; Pre 2006 - Internal written and formated Post 2006 in which the Utah School Boards Association has produced Policy in relation to Utah Laws and Legal Interpretation.
Post 2006 Policies have been reviewed and modified to fit with the uniqueness of Beaver County and it's population. The policy service through USBA updates and the Beaver County School Board of Education reviews and interprets changes as they occur.
